The Bobtail exhaust on your website here, part #3002-PC.

The description says that it fits the 1300/1500/1600cc engines. My Manx dune buggy has an 1835cc engine. I didn’t know there was a physical size difference between a 1600cc and an 1835cc engine. Wouldn’t the exhaust mentioned above also fit my 1835cc engine for my Manx dune buggy?

I already have a Bobtail exhaust installed in it now, but a different brand name exhaust. My exhaust is all rusted up. I want to replace my old Bobtail exhaust with this ceramic coated Bobtail exhaust. It looks like the same thing that is currently installed in my dune buggy, but a different brand name and the one installed now is not ceramic coated, just raw metal.

Hello Buckley,

Thanks for your question. When you have an aftermarket item such as our Tri-Mil exhaust, the size of the motor stated is referring to the base motor for a reference. In this case, your motor being a 1835 started life as one of the following base motors, a 1300cc, 1500cc or a 1600cc. Yes, this exhaust will fit your 1835cc motor.
